With over nine years of experience working for Atlanta-based general contractors, Olivia Tall joined the Kilcor team in 2024, as Pre-Construction Estimator. Her background includes roles as a Field Project Engineer for Juneau on projects like the Georgia Highlands College STEAM Academic Building, where she received recognition with Juneau’s Project of the Year Award. Additionally, she has also worked as an estimator for a commercial hardscape and landscape subcontractor. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Furman University. Olivia’s experience, achievements, and work ethic make her a great addition to the Kilcor team.
David joined the Kilcor team in the fall of 2021 in the area of business development. He brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry and has held various positions including superintendent, manager of business development and advisor. David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is certified to operate most types of construction equipment and has OSHA 30, first aid and NPDES certifications. David’s technical engineering background coupled with his construction experience and compelling relationship building, skills make him a valuable addition to the Kilcor family.
Jennifer joined the Kilcor team in 2024 as Director of Human Resources. She has more than 12 years of valuable experience in the fast-paced commercial construction industry. She aims to provide employees and leadership with a unique and forward-thinking perspective by utilizing her varied skill set in human resources, marketing, and information technology. She possesses a wide range of expertise in the following areas: HR strategy formulation and execution, process and policy development and implementation, benefits administration and design, compliance, employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and change management. Jennifer holds a Certified Professional in Human Resources, SHRM-CP, credential.

Rachel Lingefelt joined the Kilcor team in 2021 as an Assistant Project Manager. She has previously worked in the field for a structural concrete company laying out high-rises in metro Atlanta. Rachel then moved to estimating projects throughout the Southeast and Texas. She has also worked as a fabricator/welder for an architectural metal company and has her certifications in 3G MIG and SMAW.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Kennesaw State University and also completed the structural welding program at Georgia Trade School. Rachel is meticulous, deadline-conscious, and able to handle multiple projects concurrently. Her work experience and dedication is truly an asset to clients and the Kilcor team.
Angela Weathers joined the Kilcor team in early 2024. She began her construction experience at an early age alongside her father. Her career officially began as an assistant manager at a paint and decorating store. This opportunity led to her delve into commercial interior design where she discovered her love of commercial construction design. Angela pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Houston, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in digital communications while minoring in graphic design. Angela’s passion for her work, coupled with her extensive experience, renders her an invaluable member of the team.
Nick Orians joined the Kilcor team in 2023 as Superintendent. He brings a wealth of experience which includes industrial, commercial, and interior painting and floor coatings. His experience in pre-construction and tenant improvement further highlights his versatility. Nick’s certifications, specifically OSHA 30 and Level I NPDES, indicate a commitment to safety and environmental compliance, which are crucial aspects in construction. Nick graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University (now Kennesaw State University) with a degree in general construction.  His excellent communication, diligence, and adaptability are key in the ever-changing construction industry.
Brenden joined the Kilcor Special Projects team in 2023 as superintendent. He has extensive on-site construction experience including operating most construction equipment and is OSHA 30 certified. Brenden’s driven focus on the job with an emphasis on safety makes him an important asset to both colleagues and clients
Gary brings over 32 years of experience in industrial construction as a Project Executive and a director of Business Development. Gary holds an OSHA 10, LEED Accredited Professional Certification, and his General Contractor License for Georgia and Florida. Gary’s expertise in managing industrial construction projects as well as his extensive Business Development experience aids in the exceptional service he and his team provide to clients, vendors and fellow employees.
Joel Thronton joined the Kilcor team in 2021 as a Superintendent. He has over thirty years of experience in the industry and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. He holds numerous certifications including LEED AP, OSHA 10, Fall Protection and Scaffold Competent Person, and CPR/First Aid. Joel has degrees in architectural engineering and commercial construction management. He is loyal, dependable, gives meticulous attention to detail which benefits his clients, vendors and fellow Kilcor team greatly.
Mike joined Kilcor in 2021 as Assistant Project Manager where he assists in estimating, project management and field operations. He spent the last three years as general contractor specializing in health care; he held the position of project engineer, assisting in field operations, scheduling, and managing safety. Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina State University and currently has his OSHA 30 certification. Mike’s leadership, drive and people focused outlook are an asset to the Kilcor family.
Bringing 21 years of Project Management experience, Brad Pollock joined the Kilcor Construction family in late 2019. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University. Brad holds an OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certificates from Dale Carnegie and his detail oriented and team approach is a great asset to clients and colleagues alike.
Bringing over 20 years of Human Resources experience, Daly joined the team in 2022. She holds numerous trainings and certifications. They include OFCCP Compliance training, E-Verify Training, Accountability training, Active listening Certificate, Workplace Violence training, and Communication Across Generations Training. Daly enjoys being a mentor in the Latin American Association’s Mentoring program and has received several awards for her volunteer work.
Thomas Lingefelt joined Kilcor in 2021 as Welding Services Foreman. He plans and manages all welding and metal fabrication jobs and assists project managers, clients, and field workers through the process. Thomas has 13 years of experience in welding and metal fabrications (industrial, commercial, and architectural), including managing crews in the field and two years as shop superintendent. His certifications include SMAW and GTAW welding, OSHA 30, aerial boom lift and forklift operator. Thomas’ strong ability to lead and plan projects, attention to detail and knowledge in proper processes to run jobs efficiently and effectively will benefit clients and coworkers alike.
Matt Kearney joined the Kilcor team as an Assistant Project Manager with experience in inspection, sales, and management within the construction industry. Matt actively works to assist our team in estimating and other project-related tasks. He brings a strong sense of industry knowledge, is highly motivated, and stays flexible when working on any project. Notably, Matt has also completed the OSHA training 30-hour course and has a degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University.
Bringing 15 years of property management experience, Jonathan Kay joined the Kilcor Construction family in early 2020 as a Project Manager. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Alabama and an RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation. Jonathan’s background in customer service and knowledge of property management is a great asset to clients and colleagues alike.
Martin Kaido joined the Kilcor team in late 2021 as Welding Division Project Coordinator. He attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point as well as Kennesaw State University, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing degree. Martin has experience in revenue accounting, account management as well as operations management. His other strengths include relationship building, workflow planning and prioritization which will be a tremendous asset to his colleagues and clients as well.
Mario has been a foreman with Kilcor Construction for over three years. He has his certifications for OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Silica Training, Scaffold training, and Hilti power actuated guns and tools. Mario always has a great attitude, is willing to learn, self-motivated, and dedicated to finding solutions. These qualities make him a valuable addition to every project.
Will Hamilton joined the Kilcor team as project manager in 2023. He brings overeight years of construction experience. His past roles include superintendent, assistant purchasing director as well as inside sales.
Will has his OSHA 30 andAsphalt Quality Control Tech Level 1 GDOT Certification. He received his degree in Park and Recreation Management with a minor in Business from the University of Mississippi. Will is a driven, competitive team player who is always ready to see a job through
with the utmost professionalism.
Tyler Haygood joined the Kilcor Special Projects division in late 2023 as project coordinator. He was previously in the landscape grading and renovation business. Tyler received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University and currently serves in the United States Marine Corps. He also has his OSHA 30 certification. Tyler is a motivated team player who eagerly supports colleagues and seeks to learn something new with each project he oversees.
Colton joined the Kilcor team in 2023  as Construction Manager. He graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2021, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Colton spent six months as a project manager intern and estimating intern, respectively, and the next two years as both superintendent and project manager. He is both OSHA 30 certified and GSWCC Level 1A certified. Colton’s ability to quickly and efficiently communicate and his recent experience make him an asset to our clients and the entire Kilcor team.
Bringing 10 years of painting and estimating experience, Tim Green joined the Kilcor Construction family 3 years ago as a Pre-Construction estimator. Tim attended Gwinnett Technical College and worked in fire and emergency services for Gwinnett County for ten years. During this time, he also worked as a part-time estimator. Tim’s organizational skills and attention to detail assist him in providing timely and accurate information to both clients and fellow employees.
Bringing 15 years of experience in the painting and coatings industry, Doug Green joined the Kilcor Construction family in 2017 as a Superintendent. Doug holds an OSHA 30 certification and has extensive experience managing projects from the ground up. Along with Doug’s industry experience his leadership skills ensures his projects are run with efficiency and productivity.
Cory Gertz joined Kilcor in 2021 and serves as Senior Accountant and Project Coordinator. He previously worked in public accounting for five years. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Management. Cory’s trustworthiness, ability to think analytically and his multi-tasking skills make him a valuable asset to the Kilcor team.
Emma Gallagher joined the Kilcor team in 2022 as project coordinator for our Construction Services division. She is a recent graduate of Fordham University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Culture. Emma is incredibly organized, and detail-oriented as well as a problem solver which are traits that will benefit colleagues.
Lyndsay Ellis joined the Kilcor team in 2021, as accounts payable specialist. In addition to her accounting experience, Lyndsay attended Emory University for Surgical Tech certification and worked in that field for 16 years. With her excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and team player attitude, Lyndsay will benefit colleagues and clients across the board.
Ethan Cox joined the Kilcor team in 2022 as Junior Accountant. He is a recent graduate of Georgia Southern with a degree in accounting. Ethan was able to gain valuable experience during his college internships. One internship was with FirstKey where he worked in the tax department as an accountant. And the second with Airfinance, where he worked with the CFO to review and spread financials. He is also a member of the ACFI – International Association of Interviewers.
Ethan is hardworking, determined, and always prepared to learn and take on any task which makes him a perfect fit at Kilcor.
Bringing 10 years of hospitality, administrative, and customer service experience, Betsy Covington joined the Kilcor Construction family in 2019 as a Project Coordinator. Betsy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Ball State University. Betsy’s background in hospitality and administrative management ensures her commitment to efficiency and productivity within the team.
Matt Brown joined the Kilcor team as welding project manager in 2022. He attended the University of South Carolina. Matt also served in the United States Air Force, where he worked as a mechanic on F-16’s and A-10’s and then moved onto the power industry with GE. His certifications include OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid training. Matt’s drive for success and attention to detail as well as his work experience make him a valuable asset to the Kilcor team.
Nickie Bennett joined Kilcor Construction in 2021 as the Safety coordinator and HR Admin Assistant. She has over 10 years of customer service, accounts payable/receivable, and office management experience. Nickie’s focus on being a team player, her adaptability and attention to detail make her a great fit for the Kilcor team.
Bringing over 17 years of accounting experience, Nancy Bell joined the Kilcor Construction family in early 2018 as Controller and Human Resources Manager. Nancy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Nicholls State University and attended Georgia State University Business School to obtain her CPA licensure for the state of Georgia. Nancy’s skills in accounting, human resources, and IT are great assets to all of the Kilcor Companies.
Frank Anderson joined Kilcor Construction in the summer of 2022, as a Project Coordinator. Prior to his current position, Frank worked for ten years with Sherwin Williams, with his last two years as assistant manager and store manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Georgia Gwinnett College. Frank’s knowledge of architectural coatings, specifications, and applications plus his eye for detail will benefit both his team and clients.
Kiley grew up in a building construction family in Atlanta which led him to pursue an Architectural degree from Southern Polytechnical College. Upon graduating, he worked as an Architect for 15 years with a concentration in warehouse, light industrial, and manufacturing building design for Randall Paulson Architects. He then joined his father’s commercial painting company, Baker Paint as an owner and project manager specializing in commercial painting and floor coating. It was during this time that he earned his Georgia Commercial General Contractor License.
Five years later, Kiley along with his partner Jeremy Corbett, decided to follow his passion and launched Kilcor Construction in 2015. The pair further expanded their vision and opened a second office in Savannah to provide similar services as Kilcor Construction to the coastal region of Georgia and South Carolina as well as KC Coatings which focuses on high performance floor coatings and concrete polishing.
In addition to the Kilcor companies, Kiley enjoys spending time with his wife Julie, his two children, three stepchildren and his boxer, Blu. He is active in his church and enjoys the outdoors.
Jeremy grew up in a construction and real estate family, so he has been in the building industry his entire life. He continued to Louisiana State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in 2002 from the Construction Management program. Upon graduating, he moved to Atlanta, GA where he started his career in light industrial construction with The Conlan Company.
After 13 years of working in various operations roles for general contractors he decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship and started Kilcor with his partner Kiley Green. Since starting Kilcor Construction in 2015, the duo opened a location in Savannah to provide similar services to the coastal region of South Carolina and Georgia, and KC Coatings to focus on high performance floor coatings and concrete polishing.
Outside of the Kilcor companies, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife Becky and their two young boys engaging in travel and sports. His other passions in life are duck hunting and saltwater fishing.
Gabriel began his career with Kilcor in 2023 as project engineer. He brings almost
ten years of construction industry experience, working as foreman/subcontractor on
many projects throughout the Central and Eastern parts of the United States.
Gabriel is OSHA 30 certified and also has certifications for forklifts, skid steers,
scissor lifts and certified competent person for swing stages, scaffolding and
rigging. He received his associates degree in engineering from Chattahoochee
Technical College. Gabriel’s field experience, leadership skills and fluency in both
English and Spanish benefit not only his colleagues but clients as well.
Andy Donaldson joined the Kilcor team in 2023 as superintendent. He has over twenty years of experience in commercial construction and an additional six years of residential construction. He has many certifications that include OSHA 30, LEED and AIB certifications. Andy attended Kennesaw State University and the University of Florida. His resourcefulness, mechanical and plumbing knowledge and years of experience make him an asset to the Kilcor team.
Joe joined our team with over 44 years of experience in the painting industry. At KC Painting & Coatings he works as a Project Manager, with a specific focus on painting projects. He started his career as a painter but has held other positions within the business ranging from field superintendent to field operation manager. With his substantial experience in the area of project management, Joe has learned to appreciate his ability to stay calm under pressure and lay the foundation for long-term business relationships.
Edvin Cuellar joined the Kilcor Construction family in early 2021 as a Superintendent. He is experienced in different aspects of construction with nine years in the paint industry and four years as field supervisor. Edvin’s certifications include OSHA 30, Forklift Certification, Scissor and Boom Certification, as well as ABC Construction courses. Edvin is bilingual, a quick learner and a problem solver which are all invaluable traits that will benefit both co-workers and customers.
Robbie Burrell joined KC Painting & Coatings in 2022 as field supervisor. Robbie oversees and manages field staff, quality control, and crew scheduling. He brings over thirteen years of experience in industrial flooring including epoxy work, polished/stained concrete, terrazzo, and concrete repair. His many certifications include OSHA 30, CPR/AED, Forklift, Aerial Lift, Silica Dust and GHS’s training certifications. He attended Lanier Technical College where he studied Machine Tool Technology. With his years of experience, adaptability, patience and optimism, Robbie is a great asset to the KC Painting & Coatings team.
Bringing 23 years of construction sales and field operations experience, David Young joined KC Paintings and Coatings in 2022. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Iowa State University and an MBA from Ohio University. Along with David’s sales and operations experience, his organizational and customer-building skills are assets we are excited to delve into.
Bringing 40 years of experience in concrete pouring, repair, and waterproofing, Mike Portwood joined the Kilcor Construction family in 2017. Mike began his career as a Cement Masons Apprentice and is President of the Georgia Chapter of ICRI. He served in the US Air Force as a Sergeant in the Civil Engineering Division. Through leadership and dedication Mike and his team provide memorable service to clients, vendors, and fellow employees.
Bringing 15 years of sales and customer service experience, Wayman Knight joined the Kilcor Construction family in 2017. Wayman holds an OSHA 30 certification and has extensive experience in floor coatings. Along with Wayman’s sales and customer service experience, his attention to detail, being a team player, and leadership skills are valuable assets to everyone he works alongside.
Bringing over 15 years of accounting experience, Carla Stockard joined the Kilcor Construction family in late 2019 as a Project Coordinator and Accounts Payable Specialist. Carla holds an Accounting degree from Broward College and a Finance degree from Florida International University. Carla’s extensive background in accounting and finance combined with her fluency in Spanish make her a great asset to the entire Kilcor Construction Company.
Bringing 10 years of accounting experience, Chris Massey joined the Kilcor Construction family in early 2020 as a Senior Accountant. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Finance from Mississippi State University, an MBA in Accounting from Mississippi College, and HACCP certification in the Agricultural Industry. Chris supports his team in a financial and operational capacity to improve processes and mitigate risk for the company.
Bringing 25 years of painting knowledge, sales and customer service experience, Ryan Huff joined the Kilcor Construction family in 2017. Ryan holds an OSHA 30 and Lift/Lull certifications. Along with Ryan’s client and vendor relations experience, his attention to detail, organizational and leadership skills are valuable assets to both clients and colleagues he works alongside.
Bringing 30 years of experience as an owner of a commercial painting company, Phillip Green joined the Kilcor Construction family in 2018 as a Pre-Construction estimator. Phillip attended Mercer University before moving into the commercial painting industry. Phillip’s attention to detail and industry experience assist him in providing accurate and timely information to both clients and fellow employees.
Stephen joined the Kilcor Construction family in 2019 as a Project Manager for the KC Savannah division. Stephen’s past experiences with construction, business development, and customer service have been assets to him throughout his career. Through leadership and dedication Stephen and his team provide memorable service to clients, vendors, and fellow employees.

Matthew Corbin joined the Kilcor family as a pre-construction estimator in 2021. Matthew holds a degree from the University of North Georgia where he studied Political Science and Government. Matthew’s customer service background in restoration services plus his attention to detail and critical thinking skills will benefit both his clients and colleagues.
Bringing 26 years of expertise in the paint and construction industry, Rich Cannon joined the Kilcor family in early 2021. Rich has been in various roles within the industry that includes management and sales. Rich attended Dekalb Technical College. With Rich’s experience and dedication to honesty and integrity, he goes above and beyond to exceed customers’ expectations.
Trent Williams joined the Kilcor team in the summer of 2020 as an Pre-construction Intern. Currently a senior at Kennesaw State University, Trent has a passion for the construction industry. With one year of previous commercial pre-construction experience combined with his current education, Trent is a valuable asset to both his clients and colleagues.
Bringing over 35 years of experience in resinous seamless flooring and wall coverings, Tom Wooldridge joined the Kilcor Construction family in 2020. Tom is a member of the SSPC, and a NACE CIP Level 3 certified coatings inspector. Tom’s background and knowledge in coatings and business development is an asset to everyone on the Kilcor team and clients as well.
